Two volumes. 4to. [288 x 200 x 118 mm]. xxvi, 438, [2] pp; xxvi, 447, [1] pp. Bound in contemporary half brown pigskin, marbled paper sides, smooth spines lettered in gilt, marbled endleaves, top edge gilt, the others uncut. (Joints and corners rubbed, spine on vol.2 with a few spots).

This Edition, on hand-made paper is limited to 75 copies for England and the United States, of with this is No.42. An edition limited to 1000 copies was published in Philadelphia by Lippincott in the same year. Angelo's Reminiscences was originally published in 1828. With the bookplates and ink stamps of Shrewsbury Public Library. A number of the plates in vol.2 have a little light damp-staining in the margins. It is still a good copy. Only one copy of this edition of 75 has appeared in Book Auction Records since 1975, selling at Swann in 1983.
