First Edition. Large Paper Copy. Royal 4to. [338 x 265 x 16 mm]. vi, [ii], 83 pp. Bound in the original red cloth, the covers with a blind border and gilt ornaments in the corners, rebacked in red goatskin lettered in gilt, black glazed endleaves. (Corners rubbed and a few spots).

Coventry: printed [by C. Whittingham] for and sold by John Merridew; published in London by William Pickering, 1848

One of 60 copies on large paper. With the Errata slip at the end. Apart from the foxing to the frontispiece a very good clean copy. With the Earl of Bradford's Weston Library bookplate and bookplate of Alfred Woodward. Bought from Thomas Thorp in 1976.
