4 volumes. 8vo. xxiii, [i], 311 pp; [1]f, 383pp; [1]f, 333pp; [1], 313, [1] pp. Bound in contemporary sprinkled calf, the spines divided into six panels, the bands flanked by gilt fillets, lettered in the second panel on a red goatskin label and numbered in the third, the edges of the boards tooled with a gilt roll, plain endleaves, red sprinkled edges. (Upper joint of vol.1 slightly cracked at the head, upper headcap of vol.2 slightly chipped, a little rubbed, endleaves browned from the turn-ins).
London: for A. Miller 1753.

In vol.1 the upper corner of leaf B1 in vol.1 has been torn away, with loss of two letters, and there is a closed tear in the front endleaf. A very good copy in a handsome calf binding.
