[175 x 109 x 60 mm]. xxvii, [v], 288 pp; [2]ff, 325, [1] pp. Recent dark green goatskin, the spines divided into nine panels by raised bands, lettered in gilt in the second, third and fourth, numbered in the fifth and dated at the foot, Cockerell marbled paper endleaves, top edges gilt, the others uncut. Modern slipcase.
