Not in BM Satires. ESTC locates copies at the British Library, Oxford (lacking imprint?) and Princeton (lacking imprint?).

The tale of a French marquis who mistakes a Dutchman saying "Ik kan niet Verstaan" ("I do not understand") for the man's name.

"Once upon a time a little French Marquis / for travel felt a mighty inclination; / To shew himself, and foreign parts to see, / He undertook a bold peregrination".
