Printed in an edition of 100 copies. A very good uncut copy, with margins of widely varying widths.

One of Pickering and Whittingham's most eye-catching facsimiles. An anti-Catholic attack on Cardinal Wolsey, "the vyle butchers sonne", originally published in Strasbourg in 1528 and in Antwerp in 1546. It is variously attributed to William Barlow, Jerome Barlowe and William Roy (whose name appears on the spine as it did in Pickering's time).
