This edition was reprinted from the Book of Common Prayer, translated by Miles Coverdale from his revision for the Great Bible of 1535. Printed at the Rampant Lions Press, on Barcham Green's J. Green mould-made paper using the original roman type designed by Eric Gill for the Golden Cockerel Press, which had its first principal use in the Four Gospels issued by the Press in 1931.
