[2]ff, x, 213, [3] pp. Bound in publisher's orange and cream embroidered fabric over boards, the spine lettered in embroidery, in original dust jacket, blocked in ink on the front cover, plain endpapers, top edge and fore-edge gilt, the bottom edge uncut. (Dust jacket soiled with a number of small tears, some offsetting to the endpapers, otherwise binding is remarkably clean).
