Edited by the Rev. John Mitford. 968 copies were printed on ordinary paper but this is one of 20 copies on thick paper. Inscribed in ink: "Twenty Copies only printed upon thick paper. W. Pickering". Leather booklabel of Robert Samuel Turner. Edward James's copy, bought at the West Dean Park sale, Christie's, 1986.
