Coloured frontispiece and 49 black and white plates mounted with captioned tissue guards, and with an additional coloured plate signed and dated by Beerbohm loosely inserted in the pocket at the end.

First Limited Signed Edition. Large 4to. [287 x 220 x 30 mm]. viii pp. Bound in the publisher's original white cloth, the front cover and spine lettered in gilt, plain endleaves, gilt edges. (Spine slightly darkened and a few minor marks).
London: William Heinemann Ltd, 1923.

No. 131 of 380 copies signed by Beerbohm and with the additional signed print. The pocket at the end also contains newspaper cuttings referring to the artist. Light offsetting of plates onto the guards and a few minor spots. With the signature of Arthur Spoor and label of David and Ida Miller. A very good copy.
