[6], vi, 123, [1] pp. Bound by Riviere & Son (signed on the verso of the front free endpaper) in full tan calf, with triple gilt fillet borders to the covers with roundels at the corners, the spine divided into six panels with raised bands, lettered on a contrasting leather label to the second, gilt compartments, green endleaves, gilt edges. Original covers bound in at ends.

A very good copy. An amusing account of a clergyman - largely around the topic of tobacco and whether or not he should put his pipe out for good. Tempered with a page of 'Medical Opinions on the Use of Tobacco.' Copac lists only six copies of this - Glasgow, National Library of Scotland, Cambridge, Oxford, Liverpool, British Library.
