[250 x 175 x 67 mm]. 201, 214 pp. Bound by Bayntun-Riviere c.2006 in natural calf, dyed to a pale citron and with stylised floral decorations stencilled across both covers and the spine, coloured with brown, green and red dyes. Spine divided into six panels by raised bands, plain endpapers, top edge gilt, the others uncut. Contained within a tan cloth drop-over box, lined with felt.
