First edition in book form. 8vo. [208 x 155 x 35 mm]. viii, 309 pp, plus 10 pp of advertisements at rear. Newly bound by Bayntun-Riviere in full maroon morocco, the boards tooled in gilt with a double fillet border, the front cover blocked in gilt with an illustration by Brock. The spine divided into six panels by tooled raised bands, lettered in gilt in the second, third and fourth panels, dated in gilt at the foot. Edges of the boards tooled in gilt, the turn-ins with three fillet borders, marbled endleaves, top edge gilt, the others uncut.
