The front cover, with the title, is included in the pagination. Library Hub locates only one copy of any edition of this title, at Manchester University, which it rather unhelpfully dates "between 1841 and 1877". It is priced at Threepence, or "Free by Post, Fourpence", which surely means that the post was not free but cost a penny.
